The spots are a little small, we were able to get our car and our 15' trailer in the spot, but we would not have gotten ours into the spot with a larger trailer.

Trash was emptied a couple times a day and leaves were blown away. There was a fitness trail and we were close to town which included quaint shops, lots of chain restaurants and a great quilt store. Registration was at the Coal Mine Exhibition and a night warden onsite.
